Our Voluntary Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law, we offer the following voluntary return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
Contact us at karimibbahir@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below). We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, you will receive either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for another item of equal value
Your choice. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at karimibbahir@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
EU & French Consumer Rights
If you are located in the European Union or France, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French consumer law (Code de la consommation). This right applies regardless of our voluntary policy above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at karimibbahir@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
